When we asked Krystal what she loves most about working at Villi, she didn’t hesitate:
“My favorite part of working for Villi is seeing the relationships that blossom between our Companions and our clients. I love seeing the journey and the difference our services make in our clients’ lives.”
Krystal understands firsthand how much of a difference the right support can make. As a military wife and a mother to a son with both Down Syndrome and Autism, she knows the weight of juggling multiple responsibilities.
“I am a military wife and a special needs mom. My son has both Down Syndrome and Autism. I am often juggling many things on my own with very little help. I understand how hard and overwhelming it can be when you are wearing many different hats, and carrying a heavy load filled with uncertainty. I also know how hard it can be to let go and ask for help.”
That personal experience fuels her passion for matching clients with the best Companion for their unique needs.
